Unlike most Belgian institutions where the different cultures are separated, we are one united mission including the different cultures of Belgium. All the co-workers are part of the general assembly and also meet regularly in regional groups. Each of these is represented either in the Flemish Council or in the French Council, which gives leadership to the ministries in the regions. These councils are led by the two directors (one Flemish speaking and one French speaking). The National Council establishes a common vision. The Direction Council oversee the day-to-day operation of the mission.
